University of Leeds – Knowledge Equity Network
The Knowledge Equity Network (KEN) is a collaboration of organisations and institutions around the world with the goal of tackling global challenges through open access to ground breaking research and education.
Our brief was to deliver a launch event to promote and bring together potential partners and stakeholders across the planet (in person and online) and encourage their participation and commitment to KEN.
Our end to end service included creative content, organisation and logistics, AV and technical support.
The main challenge was to create a seamless, interactive and consistent experience for the 100+ physical and (100+) virtual delegates and the co-ordination of presenters and guests beaming in across the globe. A challenge that required creative and technical expertise (and the development of a robust contingency plan).
