McCain – Leadership Principles Event
Working closely with the GB team we supported in the roll out of the Leadership Principals to 100+ senior Leaders across the GB region. Participation and collaboration was the heart of the event and this started with the development of the creative theme, ‘Upping our Game’ using the analogy and synergies of an elite football team going further and stepping up to the Champions League.
The theme was carried throughout from creating live action /animated presenter intros for the SLT to punditry style sets, astroturf playing field stage and a highlights video of day one (including VAR intervention!) to open day 2. All small and considered details that added up to create a memorable experience for the teams.
